We want you to be confident that Acaba is the right tool for finding breakout TikTok Shop products. If it isn’t, we’ll give you your money back — no forms, no friction.
1. The 14-Day Refund Window
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment for any reason. This applies to both monthly ($19) and annual ($190) plans. You do not need to provide a justification — if you decide Acaba isn’t for you, we’ll refund the payment in full.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email refund@acaba.com from the address associated with your account within the 14-day window. Include:
- The email address on your account
- The date you subscribed (approximate is fine)
Once received, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
3. What Happens to Your Account
When a refund is issued, your subscription is cancelled immediately and your access to paid features (the Heroes page, top creator videos, and product analytics) ends at that time. The free Discover leaderboard remains available to anyone, no signup required.
4. After the 14-Day Window
Outside the 14-day refund window, subscription payments are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal in your account settings — your subscription will stay active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Annual subscribers who cancel after the 14-day window keep access for the remainder of the paid year, but the unused portion of that year is not refundable.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
If you experience an extended outage, a billing error, or a duplicate charge, contact refund@acaba.com regardless of how long ago you subscribed. We review these on a case-by-case basis and will issue a refund or credit where appropriate.
6. Chargebacks
We strongly prefer that you reach out to us before disputing a charge with your bank. In almost every case we can resolve the issue and issue a refund directly, faster than the chargeback process. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended pending review.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Refund requests are evaluated under the policy in effect on the date of your most recent subscription payment.
